Strategy: The Affordable Housing Charity develops affordable housing for both owner-occupiers and built to rent. The built to rent properties are offered as rentals to registered Community Housing Providers (CHPs) at a discount to market rent, secured by leases of a minimum of 10 years. This achieves the Charity’s purpose.
