ISCO is a hyper-creative urban distillery with deep ties to agriculture + aquaculture, a producer of award-winning spirits inspired by our coastal location, the spirit of creativity + the best of climate-smart farming both on land and at sea- eg the first-ever vodka distilled with oysters, Ostreida!(makes a mean martini!). We also make unique + inspired aged spirits using heirloom or climate friendly grains + innovative processes. For every bottle of Ostreida Oyster Vodka and Seaflow Ocean Gin sold we donate a portion of proceeds to ocean-based non-profits. Our motto is Hard Work, Spirited Drink!
