Statesville Contract Distilling, the contract distilling division of Southern Distilling Company, offers a diverse range of standard and custom new fill whiskeys, extensive aged barrel inventory, warehouse barrel storage, private label production, blending, product development, and co-packing for more than 180 brands globally. Statesville Contract Distilling’s mission is simple—to honor its Statesville, North Carolina roots while building on a decade-long reputation for combining the artistry of distilling with cutting-edge technology and unparalleled personalized service to produce craft-quality spirits at scale. Southern Distilling Company also produces its own line of award-winning artisan spirits, including Southern Star Paragon Wheated Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon, Southern Star Bourbon, Southern Star Double Rye, Southern Star Bottled-in-Bond Rye, Southern Star Double Shot Bourbon Cream Liqueur, and Bourbon Single Barrel Selections. Southern Star Whiskeys are available for purchase at the distillery (including bottles of unique, limited time offerings), statewide in North Carolina, in select locations across the country, and online. Ch Distillery
CH is Chicago's leading artisan spirits producer with an extensive portfolio including the only organic vodka made from Illinois grain and a variety of core and specialty spirits. Milled, mashed, and fermented from scratch using only the finest ingredients, CH products speak to our core values: sourcing locally, drinkability, high quality, and value. Founded in 2013, the name CH refers to the great city of Chicago and the fundamental compounds in alcohol, Carbon and Hydrogen. In September 2018, CH purchased Carl Jeppson Company and Jeppson's Malört®. Through the decades, Jeppson's Malört – a traditional wormwood-based liqueur – has been thought of as rite of passage or a hangover cure. For many Chicagoans, Malört is a drink that has helped define the Chicago bar experience. CH's square-foot distillery sits on 2.5 acres in Chicago's historic Pilsen neighborhood. The distillery includes 75 tons of grain storage, state-of-the-art milling, grain mashing, and fermentation equipment, barrel-storage, and a 50-foot vodka distillation column.

Marble Distilling
Marble Distilling is a sustainable distillery in Carbondale Colorado, producing award winning spirits, including vodka, whiskey, ginger and coffee liqueur. Marble began out of a passion for distilling and sustainability. It’s the perfect marriage of interest and allows us to make a real difference in an industry we love. Pure water and all natural, high elevation, Colorado grains are the cornerstone of all our small batch spirits. We add the hard work and commitment to quality that it takes to produce truly handcrafted, artisan spirits. Massive change can be made in the Spirit Industry when it comes to sustainability—and we want to help catalyze that change. We recapture 100% of our process water and reuse energy harvested from the distillation process to heat our facility. Through this process we save more than 4 million gallons of water annually and capture for reuse enough energy to heat 20 homes. In our one-of-a-kind distillery, we use all copper pot stills with 100% Colorado grains, pure Crystal River Water, local sourcing and partnerships with local non-profits and national environmental non profits. From our sustainability policies to our distilling process, sustainability is built into our business model, from financial review and benefit to marketing and industry reach and participation. We are dedicated to sharing our open source business model, data, and best practices in a public and transparent way.

Devil's Cask
Devil’s Cask is a technology and innovation company providing data-driven solutions and resources to the barrel-aged spirits industry. Working closely with distilleries and cooperages, Devil’s Cask developed Aegis Coating, a patented technology improving overall cask performance by reducing maturation loss and increasing yield. Aegis Coating is a fluid vapor barrier applied to the exterior of the barrel. The coating serves as a shield by reducing angels’ share and minimizing leaks, resulting in increased yields of distilled spirits while maintaining the desired quality and taste.

On St. Patrick’s Day in 1937, Thompson Willett, a third-generation whiskey maker, stored the first batch of Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey made at Willett Distilling Company. The distillery was built on the family’s farm a year earlier, set atop the highest point in Nelson County. Fast forward nearly 90 years, and Willett has a choice Kentucky Whiskey to be shared among friends for celebrations intimate to epic. Willett Distillery still sits on the same land and is owned and operated by descendants of Thompson Willett. Willett Distillery feels a lot like it did when we opened nearly 90 years ago – and we like it that way. We’re a cozy place set atop rolling hills and staffed by family and friends that we have known for decades.
