After years of successful work in talent acquisition in the Corporate world, I have made a career decision to move my focus to the environment of Executive & Life Coaching. My role as Coach and Facilitator stems from over 30 years of commitment to building successful leadership teams and cultivating win/win scenarios for leaders in relationship driven environments. I work side by side with each client as a Confidential Partner. Through the development of trust, direct communication and shared goals, leaders and teams can thrive. I approach coaching with the end-goal in mind, assisting clients in overcoming barriers and helping them to navigate their life and careers from previously unseen perspectives. By developing new viewpoints, clients deepen their process of identifying their values and purpose and therefore come to make more resolute and focused decisions on what matters most to them.
