About JamHR JamHR was founded by Jenny Duckworth and provides flexible, affordable and bespoke HR advice, support and solutions for small to medium businesses, helping them grow and thrive by attracting, developing and retaining the best people. Jenny is a graduate of both the University of Kent and University of Wales, obtaining a 2:1 in French and an MBA. Jenny is MCIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development); and is a Saville & Holdsworth psychometric testing and Hay evaluation techniques practitioner. She has over 17 years HR generalist, talent acquisition and management experience both at a strategic and operational level within blue-chip companies across a variety of industry sectors.
