Jamshri Realty Limited was formed as a textile mill in 1907. Today, we find ourselves in the position of a 113-year old startup with the assets of space and goodwill, and the intent to transform. The global understanding of industry is rapidly transforming towards local, and we believe that firms such as ours must adapt accordingly. To establish itself as a global leader post-COVID, India needs to be able to leverage its boundless potential to become the technology and manufacturing hub of the world. We have a whole new smart generation which is waiting for opportunities to come where they are located ie. the Tier 2 and 3 cities of India, but they require smart infrastructure to match their industrial or technological innovation. Our goal is to build a holistic business ecosystem which allows its firms to experience hospitality, entertainment and luxury dining options, all within walking distance from their workspace in the heart of the city. This venture, named JR Ignite Business Park, aims to bring large scale multi-industry employment to the smaller, smarter cities of India. JR Ignite Business Park and similar initiatives to truly grow smart cities can unlock a tremendous potential value: to the Industry, to the Individual, to the Environment and to the Society.
