My name is Jane Meryll. The work I do is simple. I help you balance your anxieties and joys, inevitable highs and lows, stresses and serenity. Change happens in your way in your time. My work is about skills and expertise for managing your life path, doing the work you love, and being the change you want to be. I combine therapy coaching, mindfulness or music to help you manage your fears, obstacles, stress, and anxiety. I do it by applying the current wisdom of brain science, psychology, self-compassion, performance anxiety techniques, and management tools. My philosophy is grounded in my own transformation and being a life-long learner. I want to help you with your life’s harmony in your own way, in your own time. Right here. Right now. We craft your path for change together.
