Janice McLeay Consulting are independent workplace conflict resolution specialists. We have over 11 years of successfully assisting companies resolve conflicts in the workplace. If your employees says they are a victim of bullying, sexual harassment or lodge any form of grievance, you can trust us to conduct an independent, external investigation. We are a small team of mother and son who complement each other’s skills. Usually each investigation is conducted by either Janice or Paul and the other reviews and assist. We also do work on some investigations as a team when it is required. We specialise in workplace investigations and mediations. Mediations can be facilitated by either Janice or Paul, and Co-mediation is also facilitated where requested. Janice McLeay Consulting have successfully conducted over 400 workplace investigations that have included more than 2,500 interviews of employees. We have successfully completed more than 100 workplace mediations. Our experience covers three tiers of Government, Not for Profits and private businesses. JMC is pre-qualified for NSW Government as well as a number of other organisations including Council, University and International Organisations to provide workplace investigation and Mediation Services. We pride ourselves on being responsive to customer needs by being able to respond to initial inquiries on the same day, being able to begin investigations within 48 hours of acceptance of brief, and preparation of report within 5-10 business days of final interview.
