Jarmie Adr

Mark Jarmie, from Jarmie ADR, has for the past decade been directing his efforts toward alternative dispute resolution matters, earning accolades as a SuperLawyer. Mark's focus on mediation, fact-finding, and arbitration complements his litigation practice. He shares his expertise as an adjunct teacher at UNM Law School and a lecturer at UNM's Business School, leveraging his training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. As a native to New Mexico, Mark received his law degree from Georgetown University, before returning to the state to clerk for Chief Judge Seth. With extensive experience as a prosecutor and head of the Civil Rights Division in Albuquerque, he transitioned to private practice. Throughout his career in New Mexico and west Texas, Mark has tried numerous jury and bench trials, earning recognition from the American Board of Trial Advocates. His appellate expertise includes two cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. Representing government entities, businesses, and plaintiffs, Mark's defense background equips him to navigate complex negotiations with insurance adjusters and governmental bodies.
