I work with professionals in the business world looking to move into different roles, changing companies, preparing for promotions or fine-tuning skills for increased responsibilities. Drawing from more than 20 years of experience, I work with individuals who are looking to write a book, thinking about major life moves with their families or simply exploring personal growth. My coaching style is conversational and supportive of you. Together, we will design a plan to fulfill your goals. Through conversations and exercises, our sessions will take a holistic approach including both career and personal topics.
