I am a certified professional co-active coach, a registered yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, Astrology novice, oracle/tarot card enthusiast with a passion for personal style and home decor. I have many passions that all support the energy within and the energy that flows out. For over 30 years I’ve been supporting others to cultivate their own excellence. From training employees at McDonald’s when I was 16 to running a $12M marketing budget. From 1 employee to 50, I’ve led with the same guiding principles, individuality, communication and support. As a life coach, I offer my clients a safe space to be seen, heard, acknowledge and guided to design their life aligned with their passions. From personal goals to professional goals, they are all the same goal - To live a life fulfilled with joy and freedom. What does it mean to live with intention?
