My mission is to provide an open, warm and non-judgmental space for people and couples to get off auto-pilot and step onto their unique and individual path, making the shifts and changes they deeply desire. I’ve coached people through evidence-based processes of transformation, empowering my clients in all stages and phases of life to appreciate and use the wisdom of their bodies and emotions and teach skills and tools necessary to build happier lives. Client choice and autonomy matters a great deal to me, and I strive to continue adherence to the ethical standard set by the International Coach Federation of which I am credentialed.
