Jim died in 2021 and in his memory, The Jim Jackson Enabling and Educational Foundation has been established to carry on his passion for advancing young people who have had disadvantages, but who have the obvious potential to succeed in a business career. We offer educational, mentoring and funding support to young people who have faced many obstacles to realising their potential in business, and aim to support them with their first steps into a business career. Our aims are to: Enable and empower young people to ignite their future Find solutions to specific issues arising from disadvantages Source appropriate training and development opportunities Provide a network of support through other organisations Assist in finding opportunities in the world of business
