Working as a consultant, I present, develop and facilitate workshops and training, and write strategic plans on issues relating to gender equity and female representation. I work with organisations across both the public and private sectors to assist them in improving their policies and their understanding of issues relating to gender in the workplace. I also am available as a speaker, to present on issues relating to gender equity and women in leadership. Particularly notable recent clients include the Australian Services Union, the ABC, and the YWCA. • Stay up to date in all research and legislation affecting gender equity and representation; • Conduct organisation specific research and analysis to provide individualised content; • Create recommendations / reports that are practicable and can be understood by a wide audience; • Present concepts relating to gender equity and representation in an engaging and meaningful manner.
