Joshua Builders Inc.(JBI) specializes in custom homes built in collaboration with our clients. The Company has established its reputation on the principle of being "Builders of Integrity". We believe in high standards of construction and professionalism that produce both structural integrity and integrity of character. JBI was founded and formed by Josh White in October of Josh brought his years of construction experience and training as an engineer together to form a company that blends quality construction with a client focused approach. Since we never build the same home twice, our focus is on our client's unique vision for their home. We believe that a custom construction project should be like a partnership between the homeowner and the builder, working side by side to achieve a common objective. In the construction process there are inevitably challenges that arise, but it is how those challenges are handled and overcome that determine success. JBI is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, the Homebuilders Association of Middle Tennessee, and fully licensed as a General Contractor by the State of Tennessee.
