Jounce Partners

Jounce Partners is a non-profit working to ensure schools provide children with the opportunity to succeed by equipping school leaders with the expertise to skillfully invest in teacher practice. We support current instructional leaders: we partner with schools and school networks to help current instructional leaders more effectively grow teachers and move student outcomes. We support future instructional leaders: we recruit, hire, and train aspiring leaders - with an emphasis on BIPOC educators - through our Instructional Leader Fellowship.
