Joy~Nostalg Foundation is a non-stock, non-profit institution established by the Joy~Nostalg Group to empower the Filipino family in its quest for a better quality of life through responsible home ownership. It was created before The Group's property development companies were established to act as the counselor of future homeowners. Anchored on values formation and competence building, the Foundation provides communities with training on home management, family development, community building, youth development, and financial literacy, all to prevent poverty slippage and the erosion of human dignity. The Foundation also equips homeowners with supplemental livelihood, to ensure that they fulfill the 30-year housing obligation.
