She has 16 years of experience leading international yoga retreats across Bali, Peru, and America, owned Ebb & Flow Healing Arts Studio for 20+ years, and was the only non-MD invited as a speaker for a women’s health panel for 3 consecutive years. She has 30+ years of training in self-inquiry meditation, with a specialty in Breathwork, Hypnosis, and Evolutionary Astrology. Rising from the ashes of chronic illness, family estrangement, and lifelong entrepreneurship, Julie helps people rewrite their relationship to the past to own the now. Gaslit by Western medicine, she took it upon herself to help women transform their lives inside-out through healing the connection of heart, mind, and gut.
