I also sat on the Johnson and Johnson ANZ board and NZ Medical Industry board. Over 20 years in the health, pharmaceutical and medical sectors in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region - including leadership management, sales, marketing and distribution. As ANZ General Manager/Country Director for Johnson & Johnson Medical, I led large teams in strategy development and managed key relationships. I have led contract negotiations for major corporate accounts in Australia and New Zealand and have worked with ASX and NZX listed companies and others in the process of listing- & As part of the Johnson and Johnson ANZ COVID action team, I assisted with strategies to manage staff and teams in all areas of the business.
