Justice Industries

Justice Industries creates job opportunities for people experiencing barriers to employment by providing quality goods and services to the community, while offering employees stability, independence and upward mobility. We seek to employ those who traditionally find it difficult to obtain and retain work. Our staff and employees come from a variety of backgrounds, including students, teachers, business-owners, entrepreneurs, ministers, caretakers, writers and parents, and are all survivors of trauma such as homelessness, addiction, incarceration, mental illness and domestic violence. Even after this population has completed job training classes or completed a GED, entry-level jobs can be difficult to find, especially with those who might have a record or lack solid work history. As a result, too many in this demographic return to the streets and/or prison. Those who do obtain jobs often find themselves in dead-end positions with little prospect of making enough money to support a family. It is this critically overlooked population that Justice Industries seeks to serve. Our core business to date has been Just.Glass, a glass recycling pick-up service. Just.Glass, has more than 580 monthly residential subscribers and 32 commercial clients, accounting for approximately in annual revenue. We recycle over 150 tons of glass annually that would otherwise end up in our landfills. We also operate Just.Clean, partnering with several property management clients and a sports facility that use us for cleaning services. Just.Mattress is a small but thriving operation that picks up and deliver mattresses to be recycled. Just.Scan offers clients a solution to their document digital conversion needs where our employees to do basic scanning. Our goal is to expand our businesses, growing the skill, productivity, and competence of our employees, providing them the opportunity to be rewarded with increased responsibilities and pay, as well as lateral and upward mobility.
