Kaboodle is an educational organisation that aims to foster holistic learning outcomes by deploying creative, practice-based, and experiential pedagogies in the sphere of elementary education in India and beyond. Founded in 2020, the organisation, through its flagship innovative curriculum management programme called ShuruAt, blends Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emelia, and HighScope methodologies to produce a master pedagogy attuned to global standards of elementary education and aligned with the policies of Government of India. We offer a three-pronged approach: curriculum, technology, and training, which enables schools, teachers, and parents to establish multiple layers of collaboration in achieving desired results. The programme allows schools and teachers to access state-of-the-art curriculum, manage workload, and efficiently track students’ learning curve while augmenting growth trajectories of both schools and teachers. This programme, we believe, offers greater possibilities to administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders in reshaping the system from below.
