Kadence Group was founded in 2015 by Kristy Gostelow to offer a bespoke collection of services, tailored to the specific needs of emerging artists & musicians, seasoned professionals, plus the events, festivals and organisations supporting them. Key services include- Providing young musicians, aged 13-17yrs, with the immersive and transformational 'life as a pro musician' MusoAcademy- Strategic support, digital training & resources for budding professional musicians to get their business off the ground and flourish, under the wing of MusoHub- Grant application writing and event management for multidisciplinary art projects, individual artists, collectives, festivals and arts organisations; and - An exclusive online booking platform for artists and live acts, called MusoMarket."We're always impressed by the sheer dedication to art and depth of creativity of every musician and artist we've encountered. Kristy knows how it feels trying to navigate the music industry labyrinth, but she thinks life without music, would be colourless. She is fiercely loyal and you can count on her to tell you the truth. She values fairness highly and enjoys the creative and kooky side of life. Proud to have won an Australia Day Award (2003) for Community Development and nominated for Young Business Person of the Year 2013 for Queensland's AIM Awards, she's actually not too keen on being the centre of attention and prefers to spend time helping others.
