There is no one-and-done silver bullet or a single problem to solve - becoming a better leader, a more inclusive & equitable culture requires slowing down, listening up, and getting honest. It can be some of the most rewarding and joyful work you ever do, but you've gotta expand your comfort zone in order to grow and learn.
