I mostly work with fully-booked owners of creative businesses such as PR firms, digital marketing and branding agencies, and video production companies. They’re struggling to grow because they’re at capacity and unsure of where to start. They’re ready to stop doing all the things and burning out as a result, but haven’t been able to figure out the next step to take. We work together through one-to-one monthly business coaching and VIP intensives. When we’re done, they’ve left undercharging behind, ditched hourly rates, and are confidently pursuing their dream clients with the right structure and systems in place.
