For us, KBA is not just a company, it’s a journey. We dream about the end of the road and what awaits us there, but never let ourselves be captive of our dreams. Our journey is the road itself. For us the sheer joy of the game and having fun always come before the profits. However harsh the game might be, we love not to give up enjoying. Although there are employees in a technical sense, we are much more than that in KBA. Our goal is to become a group of individuals, relating to each other on equal terms, laughing, crying and dreaming together. HUMAN is what we all are; making, sharing, growing and thriving together is what we do. In KBA we give our unconditional support and encouragement to every human right, individual preference and orientation. In KBA, we build sincere relationships in their purest form. KBA is built on the true relationships and true relationships are what thrives KBA. We never give up on relating and sharing; the day we do would be our last. In KBA, we are always amazed by the new. The urge to learn and curiosity is what drive us. This is why we keep on searching, discovering possibilities, dreaming and thinking about possible futures. Our prerequisites are not titles or big names but the shared desire and emotions to do “good.” In KBA, we do not have clients but rather companions. We see our foremost responsibility to our companions is to benefit them, suit them and in overall, be “good for” them.
