Funny, while working in the private sector, a mentor noticed my ability to connect with people and build relationships. That is my 'Thing.' I'm continuously refining it by learning different methodologies to build upon and implementing these theories into my teachings, trainings and curriculums. I have a CA Supervision and Coordination credential as well a; when I could not find work as an administrator, I created my own portal and began to create modules, staff trainings and facilitations under my own company.
