Kendall Douglas was founded in 2015 by Doug & Merideth Stewart with a mission to help people reach their full potential through enthusiastic discovery. Since then, Kendall Douglas has evolved to be a thriving people & business development company that trains and equips executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and speakers to step into their innate greatness both personally and professionally. Once people see themselves for who they truly are, they are never the same. About the founders: Merideth and Doug have been best friends since college. 15 years of marriage and 2 children later, they are as connected as ever. They believe that the true test of a person’s success can be found in the home. Doug and Merideth live an intentional life together where they balance life, business, and their own development every day. In the company (and at home), Doug is the macro, and Merideth is the micro.
