Key Academy

KEY (Keep Educating Yourself) academy is a bold social enterprise on a mission to democratise access to 21st century, project based education across Nigeria. Our work began with a pioneering model school in Lagos, the first of its kind in Africa, where children aged 18 months to 18 years learn through real-world, meaningful projects that build both core and higher-order, 21st-century skills. Building upon the success of our model school, we have expanded into broader initiatives designed to transform education nationwide. This includes our digital teacher-training and accreditation platform (ImpactEducators), events, books, digital content, and policy advocacy. Together, they represent KEY academy’s commitment to helping rewrite Nigeria’s educational story, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
