Meridiem is now Key Talent Associates! We’re a group of entrepreneurs and businesspeople from diverse backgrounds brought together by common goal and passion for making individuals and organizations better. We started as an Assessment tool company but are quickly evolving into a human capital solutions company. As savvy entrepreneurs do, we’ve recognized the need to pivot the business model to meet the true needs of the market vs. what we thought it was. We’ve pivoted from a product based to a solutions-based organization and in the process, we’ve built a great team of individuals who have all been in the shoes of our clients as they struggle to overcome obstacles; a team who cares more about providing high value solutions than about making money for themselves.
