Keystone Mastermind Alliance - Kma Network

The Keystone Mastermind Alliance was conceptualized in early 2013 when co-founders Tracie Thompson and Liz M Lopez began meeting regularly as part as in informal mastermind group. Both found that goals that had been on a “wish-list” for a long time were finally being shifted into an action plan and accomplished. The shared learnings and accountability that came from being a part of a mastermind group led to rapid business growth. Liz and Tracie realized the power of what they had created and endeavored to share these learnings with other business owners and professionals. In 2014, they officially formed and launched the Keystone Mastermind Alliance bringing the power of mastermind meetings to the local business community. KMA Early Growth 2014: KMA launches its first Mastermind Group, a group that continues to meet and thrive today. 2015: KMA expanded to host multiple mastermind groups per year. Participants committed to a multi-month program with and benefitted from inspiration, insights, tools, solutions, resources, and even the courage to take their business to the next level. 2016: Liz and Tracie add business workshops to the list of KMA services. Subjects included Business Strategy, Target Markets, Marketing Plans, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and more. 2017: KMA introduced monthly Business Brainstorming events. Initially offered once per month, sharp demand quickly expanded the frequency of events to at least two per month. KMA Expansion 2018: Liz and Tracie expand the organization through the acquisition of a local business networking organization. The new KMA Network is a growing organization of diverse business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals throughout the greater Tampa Bay area.
