Kingbird Executive Search is a Norwegian partner-owned recruitment company consisting of experienced partners who are passionate about recruiting successful managers, C-level executives, board members, and specialists. Our partners have extensive experience in line management and roles as recruitment advisors in Executive Search companies. At Kingbird Executive Search, we emphasize long-term relationships and partnerships with our clients and their businesses. Our customer and candidate journey should add value and we are proud to find and attract people who create results in their roles. We combine knowledge and experience and work systematically and flexibly with recruitment at the board, top, and middle management levels. Our partners carry out the entire recruitment process themselves to ensure the best possible result. This way, we quickly acquire information and knowledge that is relevant to the recruitment work. At the same time, both client and candidate have one contact person from the start with deep knowledge of both the role and the recruiting company. We are part of the Altopartners group and have experienced colleagues in 38 countries. Together with our colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, we annually carry out around 20 assignments with a Nordic reach and have the advantage of local expertise and insight. We have a particularly close collaboration in the Nordics with Novare in Sweden, Fairchild in Finland, and Peoplement in Denmark.
