The programs for vital career development give direction to the individual career path that leads to purpose, engagement and performance. For the company this means improvement in absenteeism, turnover and sales. During my PhD research on 'personal energy at work' I developed a model that explains why some people flourish under certain working conditions and why others feel drained of energy under identical working conditions. I have translated this model into the following programs: Energize academy for companies - You learn how to manage your energy to lead the life you want to lead - One-day training in a group (on location and online) Design your career academy for young professionals - You learn who you are, what you can, what you do, what you want, and how you can achieve this - 3-month program including individual coaching trajectory, live master classes, e-courses and personal report - For young professionals facing one of the following challenges: “I'm stuck in my job” “I'm good at my job but I miss meaningfulness” “I'm looking for a job that’s is perfect for me” “I don't know what I want” “I don’t get energized from work” “I want more control over my career”
