Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary

Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary is a multigenerational nature preserve of Hawaii’s unique cloud forest ecosystem. Established in 1982 by Professor Emeritus Norman Bezona, a leading expert in tropical horticulture, to demonstrate the importance of eco-stewardship and preservation biodiversity. We offer transformative experiences through guided forest tours, immersive educational experiences, and mindful connection with nature. Our mission is to elevate loving connection. We do this by fostering deep connections between people and nature, inspiring environmental stewardship, and ensure the protection of this vital landscape for future generations.
