Kore Contact Center, a Global Digital Services Provider established in 2017, is an Information Technology Outsource (ITO) headquartered in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Kore serves as the primary sales and support center for the Atlanta-based software company PIMSWARE LLC. We are proud members of the Global Services Association of Jamaica (GSAJ) and the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MBCCI), actively contributing to the growth and development of the local business community. Our mission at Kore is to leverage our network of partnered Business Process Outsource service providers in Jamaica and our partnership with PIMSWARE to bring together a cohort of highly skilled call center professionals capable of meeting and exceeding the needs of international investors seeking to conduct nearshore business in Jamaica.
