Kotra Pharma (M) Sdn. Bhd.(KPM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kotra Industries Bhd.(KIB), a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. After 30 years of manufacturing excellence, KPM ranks today as one of South East Asia’s leading producers of pharmaceutical products with best-selling brands i.e. over- the-counter (OTC) health supplements Appeton, nutriceutical beverage Booster, and a comprehensive range of prescriptive products under Axcel and Vaxcel. To date, KPM has 181 products registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency covering various dosage forms which include tablets, capsules, cream / ointment / gel, liquid, dry powder preparations and injectables. In 2002, when Malaysia was admitted as a member country for Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention Scheme, KPM was selected to be audited for the quality inspection on its facilities.
