I am leadership coach, Fortune 100 mechanical engineer, financial consultant, public speaker, educator, and trainer. I have been coaching and developing others for over 30 years to be their best and make a positive impact. Through life as a military child, living overseas, and continued international travel, I have had the privilege to see some of the world and understand the value of long term friendships and relationships. I appreciate the gift of time and intentionally make the most of it. Being encouraged to pursue math and science from an early age by great teachers and mentors, I achieved my BSME from the University of Illinois. I have had the honor of working with teams of people in a corporate offices, international locations, and plant operations, to deliver significant business results in production, capability, health, and safety. Working in a male-dominated industry with often only a handful of women, I've been empowered and inspired to be my best. I've helped others understand and achieve their financial goals. I've taught and trained hundreds of women in a multi-national ministry. Throughout it all, I have raised and home educated our four successful daughters who are enjoying their own incredible careers in STEM, medicine, and design.
