Kuzisa (Pty) Ltd has identified various stakeholders in the Construction, Telecommunications, Agricultural, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy as well as in the Hospitality industry. These stakeholders are committed to a skills development programme initiative in the various sectors – with the intention of maximising impact for learners and addressing the skills shortage in these industries. Kuzisa is proposing a solution that includes `training and hosting of learners in partnership with various industry leaders and stakeholders. We as Kuzisa are committed to assist all our stakeholders in each sector as specified above in reaching the full potential with each of the current opportunities, to empower learners in these industries. We will work closely with key stakeholders to build and maintain learner portfolios of evidence to ensure compliance and associated benefits of our suggested solutions. We will ensure that the right stakeholders and service providers are engaged (and contracted) to safeguard careful management of learner enrolment and delivery of accredited training. It is further our aim – and intention – to find employment opportunities for qualifying learners within a network of partners before we start with the training. We are excited to embark on this journey with you and to cooperate with your team in training, guiding and finding employment for our youth.
