La Bistronomie
La Bistronomie is a newly-developped restaurant concept in Shanghai. It aims to provide authentic French cuisine in a friendly athmosphere. The restaurant is located in the busy district of Jing'an Temple. The menu, designed by the executive chef Benoît Leloup, showcases simple yet popular french dishes. It is either a genuine back home feeling for the growing expat population of Shanghai or an exotic culinary journey for the local Shanghainese. The operating company (Indulge Brasserie and Wine), founded in 2011, currently manages two branches under two concepts "La Bistronomie" and "Indulge Brasserie and Wine" and is looking forward to add new locations to its growing portfolio.
