La Boheme was founded with the intent to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for people to be able to relax in as they enjoy their time roaming the streets of Punda. Our main focus at La Boheme is to provide quality service alongside our meals, where we allow people to feel a part of our family just as much as any one of our own team members. We believe in camaraderie and teamwork as our main work approaches, with the objective that all crew members work together to create an efficient work environment, teaching each other along the way so that everyone can develop skills in every facet of horeca. Our employees learn alongside us, and are encouraged to take initiative in their learning process, from how to perfectly steam milk for a latte, to table side service etiquette, to all bases of bartending. From humble beginnings in 2015, we’ve grown to become a yearly winner of the Travelers Choice Award, and are within the top 20 restaurants on the island. La Boheme stands as a testament to our commitment to creating a warm and inviting space for people, and we strive to continue creating wonderful experiences for any and all customers who happen upon our beloved Bohemian street corner.
