La Prep is a Montréal based independently owned quick-service restaurant franchise specializing in freshly made sandwiches, salads, specialty coffee. Founded in 1981 as Café Supreme and re-branded as La Prep in 2010 to focus on the fresh food aspect of the café, La Prep now has 55 locations in Canada and 1 location in Miami found primarily in office towers and institutions. An upscale café/bistro restaurant specializing in freshly prepared innovative sandwiches, salads, baked goods and specialty coffees.
