LaJava is a small batch specialty coffee roaster, dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality coffee from regions throughout the world, freshly roasted in our stores. LaJava was established in 2002 by owner and operator, husband and wife team Mark and Catherine Semrau. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality coffee from regions throughout the world, freshly roasted in our stores. Caring deeply for our community, we seek to make a difference through numerous partnerships with local nonprofits. LaJava has 3 locations, a growing number of licensed partners, and several wholesale accounts.
