Solving for the first question is how everyone looks at sales, so over the years the answers and results haven’t reflected much of a difference. However, solving for the latter creates a whole new perspective and outcome. In short, ask a different question, generate a different answer, create unique results. This exploratory shift has created an entirely different approach to selling and has helped us and our clients establish new standards and expectations within the seller – buyer experience.
