Lattice offers specialized advisory services in strategy, corporate finance, market entry, research, and training to clients across Africa. We also develop the aquaculture value chain. Our services: Advisory We help businesses think through complex issues which have a material impact on growth outcomes. Our name – “Lattice,” – refers to our multidimensional skills in the practices of Strategy, Corporate Finance, Market Entry and Research, and Learning that help deliver robust solutions to our clients. Our principals have been participants and contributors to the most compelling business growth stories in our market over the last 20+ years, and along with our partners, we offer almost a century of global business leadership experience. Training We provide technical assistance and capacity-building services to Financial Institution (FI) partners, largely on an on-demand and institution-specific basis. We deliver training to Business Advisory Services Providers (BASPs). We have vast experience delivering Agriculture Value Chain Finance, Business Acumen, Business Development, and Financial Modelling training. We have worked with USAID's Kenya Investment Mechanism’s (KIM) Financial Institution (FI) partners, Building Capacity in local banks, financial institutions, and investment firms. Aquaculture Our Aquaculture practice spurs growth in the aquaculture sector in East Africa for better prosperity through improved nutrition and livelihoods. We believe that the Aquaculture Sector can contribute significantly to the production of much-needed high-quality protein to feed our growing population and, in so doing, create meaningful and dignified jobs for people, particularly women and youth. Aquaculture Academy The Aquaculture Academy provides essential tools for East African (future) fish farmers: practical, accessible and business-oriented training programs.
