Strong emphasis for on data collection integrity, data analysis, reporting, dissemination, and learning through collecting quantitative and qualitative data using interviews, surveys, focus groups, and other methods. I am also proficient in data management, such as entering and cleaning data in spreadsheets and maintaining organized records of data collection and analysis processes. I can also perform statistical analyses on collected data and interpret it by identifying patterns or trends, as well as reporting key metrics, and drawing meaningful conclusions. I am proficient at leading all phases of data analysis, from mining to creating visualization and reports. Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop effective strategies for improved performance using scripting language, such as R, data visualization techniques using Tableau and Power BI, as well as Statistical Data Analysis methods, such as STATA, SPSS, and advanced Excel. With expertise in MEAL strategies, I have also worked on various projects, including implementation of MEAL activities to inform stakeholders on the best decisions.
