My work lives in the relational folds between the personal, the systemic, and the emergent ~ especially within schools, nonprofits, small organizations, and movement ecosystems. I accompany humans and human systems as they repattern: from burnout to vitality, from over-functioning to right relationship, from fragmentation to deeper coherence. This isn’t about pushing harder. it’s about learning to relate differently. I draw from developmental psychology, complexity thinking, somatic wisdom, clinical social work, and a deep reverence for relational intelligence.
