Lawer Estates is a family-owned, limited production winery run by mother and daughter team Betsy and Sarah Lawer. Nearly two decades ago we fell in love with Calistoga and purchased our Knights Valley and Calistoga Vineyards. The unique terroir and microclimates of our vineyards inspire and shape our award-winning, sustainably-grown wines. We produce over a dozen different varietals and styles like Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Sparkling Brut, Viognier, and more. Opening early Summer 2025, Eight North is home to our new restaurant, bar, and tasting room—a vibrant space where wine, food, and community come together. Designed to highlight the essence of Calistoga, and bring the vineyard experience to life, our guided tastings offer guests a deeper understanding of how wines evolve through aging and fermentation.
