Leadership Excellence & Development (LEAD)-is a Leadership organization with a specialism in Leadership Training, Research, Digital Influencers and Leadership Incubation that is certified by PEARSON Assured (formerly Edexcel) & endorsed by United Nations Global Compact. What do we do? LEAD thrives to ignite YOUR POTENTIAL. The modules & our trainers will challenge you, enthuse you & inspire you- whilst equipping you with the tools & skills that will unleash your leadership skills. We emphasize practical principles and processes by designing programs that offer people the knowledge, skills and practices they need to add value to the education, entrepreneurship & life as a whole. Connecting proven solutions with real-world challenges, LEAD is recognized internationally as the leader in bringing out the best in people. The contents of this programme are developed by Cambridge and Oxford University Alumnus. In addition, LEAD is equipped to facilitate research and organize round tables that focus on the hindrances that block SDG developments and how it can be overcome. What do you receive after training with us? Upon completion of the programme, participants will receive a Certificate from Pearson (formerly Edexcel UK) giving all successful participants a GLOBAL prestigious recognition. Who are we? The advisory board of LEAD comprises of some of the Top corporates and owners of various organizations. What have we done so far? Nationally, LEAD has provided training to the faculties, admin and students with IQAC of many private universities- NSU, IUB, EWU, UIU, Prime Asia University. In the corporate world, LEAD is renowned in NAVANA Real Estate Ltd. LEAD also has the experience of organizing several roundtables related to SDGs and seminars related to Entrepreneurship. LEAD annually organizes a scholarship batch called the UN SDG Leadership Programme. Internationally, LEAD is also renowned for conducting training at various organizations and universities.
