We help emerging women leaders to become bold, influential and dominate their space by developing transformational strategies to achieve career, business, and life goals; enhance communication skills to speak with authority and conviction; & developing interpersonal and team leadership skills, as well as increasing executive presence. Lead to Power is all about women raising the bar and creating a career pathway on their own terms. We offer multi-level consulting for aspiring leaders, those new to career/profession, as well as seasoned leaders. Our Vision Strategy Sessions have been credited with empowering women to awake from career coma and assess current status, elevate the quality and trajectory of their professional careers, launch businesses, complete publishing projects, as well as assisting entrepreneurs with expanding business product lines. Lead to Power has a Boot Camp session of 4 weeks to help women engage and become active in their career progression and shift mindset to take charge of their progress as an entrepreneur - creating their own path to success. The Mastermind program will shift current career professionals and executives who want to continue refining personal and team leadership skills.
