We founded Leadership & Co. to help good leaders become great leaders by building critical skill sets and cultivating a Curious Mindset through extraordinary learning experiences. Our flagship Core Leadership Program helps leaders channel their innate curiosity into improving individual and team performance and driving innovation and change. Leaders learn practical tools and frameworks alongside their peers, forming a network of leaders who collaborate more effectively, think more critically and creatively, and speak more persuasively. We focus on developing three critical competencies: COLLABORATION Leaders learn to thoughtfully manage their network connections and working relationships to source better information and make better group decisions. INNOVATION Leaders learn to generate creative solutions that solve complex business problems, advance strategy, and drive growth. PERSUASION Leaders learn to influence decisions and lead meaningful change by crafting powerful messages that appeal to hearts and minds. We are former leaders and faculty from CEB Leadership Academies. Our program is shaped by our experiences working with 70% of the Global and 80% of the Fortune to deliver learning with real behavioral and cultural impact.
