Rasheryl McCreary founded LeadHERship Presence ™ to help the on-the-rise professional woman who is ready to elevate her presence, expand her influence, and grow her career. Rasheryl has trained/coached thousands of leaders at some of the world’s biggest brands such as: Amex, Capital One, P&G, Cisco, HBO, PayPal, and Harvard Business School. She is the Founder of Brand Y.O.U. Business Lab™ for Entrepreneurs; the creator and host of the Virtual Presence Webinar Series for Citrix, The Leader & The Muse™ Radio Show, and the Communicate with Impact for Virtual Teams™ podcast. She also is the CEO of TAO Leadership Development. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, the National Speakers Association, and a recipient of the Marshall Memorial Fellowship and the Northern Ohio Live Award of Achievement. Rasheryl received her Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.
